Assoc Prof Lehmann has been conducting medical physics research in the Radiation Oncology Department at the CMN since 2014. His main interests are radiographic and non-radiographic techniques for Image Guided Radiation Therapy; Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy; methods and detectors for reference and clinical dosimetry; dosimetry audits; and radiation biology.

A/Prof Lehmann has provided peer review on 20 funding and publication panels (including the "Red Journal" and "Green Journal"

What did you do before coming to work at Calvary Mater Newcastle?

I was an academic at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University of Melbourne, and Senior Medical Physicist, Acting Director at Australian Clinical Dosimetry Service (ACDS), Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency, Yallambie.
